Setting up an account

To place an order you will set up your own personal account. You can pre-register before shopping or you may wait until you are prompted to do so at checkout. Next time you shop, login before or after you add items to your cart.

How to order

Simply browse our catalogue by clicking on any of any of the displayed categories along the top. Click on any item to view more details, select any attributes the item may have (such as colour or size), and add it to your shopping cart. Continue shopping until you have everything you need. Once you are done, click the Shopping Cart link to confirm your selections and proceed through the checkout.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email within seconds of placing your order. Please keep a copy for reference.

Where will my order be shipped to?

Orders will be shipped to the address you supply during check-out or may be picked up at Elite.

If you choose to pick up your order at Elite Promotional Marketing (14703 - 118 Ave NW, Edmonton) you will receive an email indication your order is ready for pick-up.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on damaged or defective product. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at corpro@elitepromomarketing.com to submit the request. Please email us the items you would like to return, your reason for return, your order number, and your contact information along with your request. We will review your request and respond with further instruction.
